Spent Christmas here and had a fabulous time! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room was spotless and comfortable. Location was great, close to shops and restaurants. Loved the free Wi-Fi and the tasty breakfast each morning. Bonus points for having a gym on site.

Walls were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from other rooms. the heating in the room wasn't as effective as we would have liked, making it a bit cold at times.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the town and close to everything. The hotel was clean, quiet, and well-presented. During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the quick and free wifi internet provided by the hotel. It made it easy for me to stay connected with my family and share holiday greetings. the clean and comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep, which was much needed after a long day of exploring the city.

the lack of basic amenities in the room was frustrating. There was no option to make a hot drink, and the absence of a hairdryer and ironing facility made it difficult to freshen up.
